In the next step, the pump is professionally dismantled in order to carry out a detailed inspection of all components. In particular, we check the components that are prone to wear, such as seals, bearings and impellers. Defective or worn parts are analysed in detail to determine the need for repair.

3.         Cleaning and damage analysis

After dismantling, all components are thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt and make damage more visible. We then carry out a comprehensive damage analysis to determine the cause of the failure and draw up a customised repair plan.

4.         Replacement of defective components

Based on the damage analysis, defective or worn components are replaced with high-quality spare parts. We only use original parts or certified spare parts to ensure the quality and longevity of your pump.

5.         Reassembly and adjustment

Once the defective components have been replaced, the pump is professionally reassembled. We make sure that all components are precisely aligned and carry out any necessary adjustments to ensure optimum pump operation.

6.         Test run and final inspection

Before the pump is returned to the customer, it is comprehensively tested in a trial run. Here we check the functionality and efficiency of the pump under realistic conditions. The pump undergoes rigorous testing to ensure that it is fully functional and ready for use again.

7.         Return shipment and documentation

After a successful test run and approval, the pump is securely packed and returned to the customer. You will receive detailed documentation of the repair carried out, including the replaced parts and test reports.
